Teradata Named a LEADER in The Forrester Wave™: Cloud Data Warehouse, Q1 2021

Teradata has once again been named a LEADER by Forrester. This time it’s in The Forrester Wave™: Cloud Data Warehouse, Q1 2021, which evaluates vendors in the cloud data warehouse market that’s rapidly changing the way organizations optimize and perform modern analytics.

Forrester defines a cloud data warehouse as “An on-demand, secure, and scalable self-service platform that automates provisioning, administration, tuning, backup, and recovery to accelerate analytics and actionable insights while minimizing support requirements.”¹

According to the report, “Teradata’s Vantage delivers analytics at scale.” Teradata Vantage™ is noted in the Forrester report as “A hybrid, multi-cloud data platform that unifies data warehouses, data lakes, analytics, and new data sources.” The Forrester report states that “Customers like Teradata Vantage’s hybrid cloud platform, reliability, data science, advanced analytics, and ease of management from an infrastructure perspective.” ²
