Trish collaborates with several of the largest healthcare, life sciences, and public sector healthcare organizations in the U.S. to strengthen their data science strategies and enable AI/ML at enterprise scale. Trish has worked in various technologies and analytic platforms over her career through her work in medical professional liability insurance, health IT and EHR systems integration, large university-based medical research, and various consulting companies. Trish earned her M.S. in Predictive Analytics from DePaul University in Chicago and her B.S. in Biology from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.
Jared Dean
Principal Solutions Architect, AWS
Jared Dean is a Principal Solutions Architect with Amazon Web Services (AWS). His area of expertise is artificial intelligence and machine learning. Over his career he has developed leading-edge analytics for banking, entertainment, and mobile data. Outside AWS, he is an adjunct professor in the Duke University School of Medicine. Jared holds several patents in data mining. Previously, Jared was a Mathematical Statistician for the U.S. Census Bureau and CTO of Reveal Mobile, a mobile marketing analytics startup, and held numerous IC and leadership positions within SAS R&D.
Jared is the author of Big Data, Data Mining, and Machine Learning: Value Creation for Business Leaders and Practitioners (John Wiley & Sons, Inc., May 2014).
